Payment & Refunds
PAYMENTS
Invoices not paid within 48hrs may be void and cancelled without further notice.
Payment in full is REQUIRED upfront for all artwork! *

Vtuber Models
Vtuber Models may be paid 50/50, half after the sketch is approved and the other half upon completion.
Payment plans may be negotiated.
Final PSD will be delivered upon final payment.
PNGtuber Artwork
Payment is required in full upfront
Payment plans may be negotiated.
REFUNDS
Full refunds are allowed if I have not started
50% will be refunded if I am currently working on the lineart/base colour.
25% will be refunded if I am currently working on the shading/advanced colour.
Non-refundable after the artwork has been completed.
PROCESS
Sketching: I will send you the sketch for approval before I continue. You may ask for changes during this stage to the pose/expression. If I need to redraw anything, please let me know in this stage!
Lineart/Coloring: You may ask for WIPs at any time during this stage. You may ask for changes to the coloring only! Major changes (if I have to completely redraw/reline something) at the coloring stage will have a $15 charge. Color correction is okay!
Note: I don't mind making changes but the sooner the better to let me know!
Commercial Use
If you want to make physical merch (keychain/poster/etc) a commercial license can be purchased for an additional charge (100% of the original price) at any time.
Merchandise may be made with Vtuber/PNGtuber model art with no additional charge
Commercial Licenses cannot be purchased for Anime/Game Characters.
Merch is not allowed to be created for Anime/Game Characters.
Using, Reposting & Crediting
Repost is strictly prohibited without permission
Only my commissioners are allowed to use and repost their commission without direct permission!
If you do use my artwork please credit @AzeniaAii on Twitter/Twitch/Instagram.
Artist's Right
The client is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use my artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency or A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) generated artwork.I reserve the right to decline, or cancel, any commission.
